Broken Kingdoms Terms of Service

 Purchases and Rank Benefits

By supporting Broken Kingdoms, you contribute to improving the server experience for all players. However, please note:

• We reserve the right to adjust rank prices and benefits at any time, with or without prior notice.
• Changes to rank perks are made with careful consideration to maintain server balance. If benefits are updated, prior perks will no longer apply.

By making a purchase, you agree to these terms and to indemnify the server staff, owners, and affiliates from any legal claims related to your purchase or server interactions.

 Following Server Rules

Buying a rank does not grant immunity from server rules. Rule violations, such as advertising or other prohibited actions, can result in temporary or permanent bans—even if you've made a purchase. Respect the rules to keep your standing in the community.
